Barbo's Plumbing LLC warrants all work to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods listed below. Our warranty applies to all plumbing repairs, service, and installations directly purchased through Barbo's Plumbing.

General Plumbing Repairs

30 Days

Parts and labor covered for general plumbing repair work.

Water Heaters

6–12 Year Manufacturer

Manufacturer warranty on the unit itself. All other parts and labor covered for 90 days.

Drain (Waste) Line

30 Days

Parts and labor covered on drain and waste line work.

Main Sewer Line – Spot Repair

90 Days Parts & Labor

Plus 15-day coverage on main line stoppages.

Main Sewer Line – Full Replacement

1 Year Parts & Labor

Plus 15-day coverage on main line stoppages. Our most comprehensive warranty for full sewer line replacement work.

What's Not Covered

Fixtures or materials not purchased through Barbo's Plumbing LLC
Repairs needed to correct a manufacturer's defect (labor is homeowner's responsibility)
Products installed or tampered with by others
Repairs made by other contractors
Normal or excessive wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
Clogs or back-ups due to improperly disposed items
Accounts with outstanding balances — all warranties are void if payment is not made when due
Warranties are non-transferable and extend only to the original customer

This warranty does not cover labor charges for correction, replacement, or repair due to manufacturer defects. Labor charges are the responsibility of the homeowner and are due at the time of service.

It is the homeowner's responsibility to notify Barbo's Plumbing LLC immediately in the event of an installation or repair failure. Barbo's Plumbing will, with reasonable promptness during normal working hours, remedy the defect.

In no event shall Barbo's Plumbing LLC be liable for water or other damage caused by any delay in remedying a defect. Any defects will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Barbo's Plumbing LLC as our inspection discloses.
